Our signature Smoked Cheese is a cultured, pasteurized white American cheese, slow cold-smoked by hand in Meriden, New Hampshire. Creamy and smooth, with hearty, bold smokehouse flavor, it comes in a bar made for slicing onto crackers. Each bar is approximately 8–9 ounces.
Leave the golden rind on—it is edible, delicious and rich in smoky flavor. Add crisp apple and pepperoni for a snack, melt slices into a grilled sandwich or make it the creamy center of a sharing board. Our secret cob and hardwood flavor recipe has passed down through generations.
